Leadership Development Training Program
Introduction: The Leadership Development Program (LDP for short) is a system for nurturing managers. Through multiple upgrades and improvements, it has evolved into a comprehensive system that encompasses pre-reading, in-person training exercises, practical application, and coaching, all centered around best practices. It adheres to the principle of "learning by doing and applying what is learned" and has planned a learning system, LDP1 to LDP10, based on typical job tasks for managers at different stages. Each stage of the program is actually composed of several separate learning modules, with each module addressing a specific issue.
Training Target: Managers appointed by the company and managers appointed within each department.
Main Courses: Dozens of courses developed independently based on the growth and development patterns of managers and the actual situation. New Employee Training:
Introduction: Designed with the goal of helping new employees integrate quickly and leverage their abilities, the training program is conducted in full-time format with centralized training.
Training Target: The training program is divided into two directions: recruitment of experienced professionals and recruitment of recent university graduates. It caters to new employees who are recruited externally with work experience and recent graduates recruited from universities.
Main Courses:
Experienced Professionals Training Camp: This 4-day program combines in-person training, experiential activities, interactive sharing, and team competitions. It is taught by company executives and key position managers who have received professional training in delivering lectures.
Recent Graduates Training Camp: This 13-day program adopts a closed and multidimensional training approach. It covers various aspects such as role transition, workplace etiquette, workplace rules, company development, basic professional skills, and cultivating a positive professional mindset to train recent graduates in their transition from students to professionals. The program is taught by company executives and professional trainers from the training department.
Professional Skills Training
Introduction: Different business departments and positions provide various training programs to on-the-job employees based on their specific business requirements. These programs aim to help employees enhance their performance.
Training Target: On-the-job employees
Main Courses: There are over 30 courses available for sales personnel, including sales skills training and product knowledge training. For pre-sales personnel, there are over 50 courses covering solution training, product knowledge training, work methods, and skills training. Additionally, there are over 200 courses for after-sales personnel, focusing on technical training and product training. Other key competency training programs are also provided for different positions, such as marketing professionals' marketing knowledge training. The exact courses vary depending on the specific job roles.

Introduction: Based on the practical needs of enterprise development and the growth needs of employees, various workplace skills training programs are provided for on-the-job employees.
